We collect the details you give us when booking or requesting a quote: your name, phone number, email address, service address, appointment preferences and any notes you add about your home.
How we use it
Your information is used to schedule and complete your service, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, and follow up about the quality of your visit. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the cleaner or driver assigned to your appointment and with our payment processor. All team members are background checked and bound by confidentiality agreements.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival windows and service updates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.
Data retention & security
Records are kept as long as needed for service history, accounting and legal requirements, then deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it, and payment details are handled by our processor rather than stored by us.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing beeswiftservices@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
