I collect the details you give me when booking or requesting a quote: your name, phone number, email address, service address, appointment preferences and any notes you add about your home.
How I use it
Your information is used to schedule and complete your service, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, and follow up about the quality of your visit. I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Sharing
I share only what is necessary with my payment processor to complete your transaction. As a solo owner-operated business, I am the only person who handles your booking details, and I keep them confidential.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, I may text you about scheduling, arrival windows and service updates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.
Data retention & security
Records are kept as long as needed for service history, accounting and legal requirements, then deleted. I am the only person with access, and payment details are handled by my payment processor rather than stored by me.
Your choices
You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by emailing beeswiftservices@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days.
